Thanks Sean. It was actually a collaboration project, more than anything. The cowl and body armor was sculpted by possibly the best BATMAN costume maker today by the name of Bob Dullam. (he's the famous bat freak who makes Batmobiles etc). The cowl and armor molds were then ran and pulled by a costume maker named Janty Chattaw who was really good at running urethane, weight distribution etc. The resin emblem was made by a buddy of mine out of special request of having the yellow resin poured over the black silhouette rather than under neath it. Gives it a nice gloss finish. The belt was ran in urethane by another buddy of mine. I made the leather film boots (not pictured yet), the gloves and the rubber coated undersuit. And of course... comes the movie accurate cape which will be quite a project.
Its really fun working on movie props and costumes. Especially Batman stuff. I will be making the weapons too! =]
